HRA Supervisor
Job Purpose
Guide and manage human resources services, policies, and programs. Consult with company leadership on organization design and restructuring, and provide workforce analysis and planning.
Job Description
Assist and strictly monitor the HRA Procedures:
1. HRA-PO1: Induction, Training and Performance Appraisal
● Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding and training programs.
● Design and implement training and development programs for employees.
2. HRA-PO2: Recruitment, Hiring and Selection
● Assist in organizing, compilation and updating of company personnel records and documentation.
3. HRA-PO3: Memorandums/Termination & Resignation
● Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required.
● Assess employee engagement and retention and actively work to identify, analyze, and improve any problematic areas.
● Assist and coordinate legal cases with accredited law offices of the company.
Others:
● Communicate / coordinate with accredited service provider of the company for recruitment purposes.
● Create and Update Forms and other HR related documents
● Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures.
● Assist the events of the organization
● Updating Job Descriptions of employees
● Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar of activities.
● Create reports for senior management.
● Assist in updating the HRA Process.
● Perform other task/s that may be assign from time to time.
Job Dimensions
Core Competencies:
● Familiar with Labor Laws.
Technical Competencies:
● Ability to effectively used computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR Software.
Qualifications
Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or any 4-year related Discipline courses such as BSBA in Human Resource Mgmt., Operations Mgmt., BS Industrial Psychology, etc.
Experience :
● At least one (5) years experience working experience in the same position.
