Forklift Operator

Operates, control, and maintenance of Reach Truck / Counter Balance Forklift. To ensure accurate receiving, checking and documentation of (Inbound/outbound) deliveries in accordance with supplier documentation, delivery schedules and agreed prioritization.

CHECKER
● Ensures all items received are in good condition.
● Ensures all items being received are in exact quantity based on delivery receipt and/or Purchase Order.
● Ensures all items received are palletized.
● Reports any discrepancy found between delivery receipt and actual stocks received.
● Ensures all damaged stocks received are properly documented, segregated and photographed (if imported).
● Ensures all priority delivery is received within 12 hours from time of arrival.
● Ensures unloaded Containers are with proper documentation.
● Ensures enough good pallets are available based on the scheduled deliveries.
● Ensures all documents are properly turned over to next shift before leaving his/her post.
● Ensures all picked items are in good condition.
● Ensures all items are in exact quantity and based on trip tickets, DR and invoices.
● Ensures all invoices and other delivery documents are duly signed by trucker.
● Ensures all priority for deliveries are well coordinated with CSR, Transport and Warehouse Team.
● Ensures any discrepancies found during checking are immediately reported to Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader.
● Ensure that trucks are properly sealed before leaving the loading bay.
● Maintain pallet management control for any pallet dispatched with product.
● Ensures all documents are completed, duly signed and properly submitted to Team leader upon completion of the loading.
● Communicate and report with warehouse supervisor and Team Leader any irregularities found during checking and what caused the error.

REACH TRUCK/CB OPERATOR

● Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks/container van
● Moving finish goods on pallets from one place to another.
● Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
● Checking loads are secure within the load capacity of the unit used.
● Stacking empty pallets
● Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment
● Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines
● Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
● Complies to all Quality Programs of the Company such as:
GWP
Housekeeping
Pest Control
Safety
Security
Preventive Maintenance
Other Functions:
● Performs other tasks that may be as assigned from time to time.

Education:

● At least High School graduate / College level
Work Experience:

● At least 2 year experience
License:
