Documentation and Inventory Supervisor
Job Purpose
The Documentation and Inventory Supervisor is responsible for the planning , monitoring , coordinating , and implementing of all documentation and inventory management, WMS, documentation and streamline processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the entire operations and warehousing services.
Job Description
●Provide on inventory control and inventory count sections of the warehouse operations to ensure inventory variances and adjustments were correct and closed.
●Helps in manage Utilization, assigns the positioning of client’s product within the facility
●Collaborate with operations to execute and manage all facility transactions and deliver clientele’s requirements
●Proposes and introduces improvements and procedural adjustments in warehouse operations alignment in maintaining inventory and location accuracy.
●Ensure that all transactional activities were billed and charged correctly based on Client contract/service level agreement
●Coordinates with support departments in the provision of necessary assistance and resources required in operations of the warehouse facility.
●Ensures consistent and timely implementations of needed inventory count and cycle count program and related activities of the company, in assuring inventory accuracy
●Coordinate complete details and requirement of the client for the Incoming and Outgoing shipment
●Maintain good working relationships with clients and communicate concerns
●Performs any combination of the following tasks such as conducts daily transaction, organize the inventory and participates on scheduled physical count.
●Perform other task/s that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications
Education:
● Graduate of any 4 year Business Course
Experience :
● Atleast 5- years work experience in the same role
