Founding

ACCLI is the brainchild of siblings Armand Ng and Richard Ng. The company was conceived to offer clients highly competitive and reliable freight forwarding & customs brokerage services. Having a vast experience in the shipping industry since 1978, Armand became their Sales Manager and Richard became their VP of Operations.
