Management System Supervisor
Job Purpose
The Management System Supervisor will assist the Quality Manager in achieving/maintaining ISO certification across organizations. He/she will support the development and application of company quality improvement programs and best practices. Will also be conducting internal quality audits and co-lead the audit team as well.
Job Description
- Assist with the development/update and implementation of risk management of the company.
- Coordinate documentation of customer complaints and check corrective action plans.
- Create procedures/work instructions/quality plans/process flows/forms and other related information.
- Assist in facilitating all inductions and orientation training regarding quality.
- Collaborate with the reporting manager on the development of KPI’ s across the organization.
- Assist Quality Manager in preparation of audit notice and coordinate approval; communicate to the concerned auditors and department heads.
- Review audit reports submitted by the auditor and assist in finalizing it.

Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of Bachelor course in Business/Marketing/Industrial Engineering
Experience:
- At least a year of working experience as an MS (Quality) Supervisor preferably in a Freight Forwarding/Brokerage/Distribution company. Experience working with external auditors.
Training/ Seminars:
- ISO 9001:2015 Awareness; Internal Quality Audit; Risk Based Thinking; Root Cause Analysis; Effective Audit Report writing; and other ISO Training.
