Warehouse Team Leader
Job Purpose
Warehouse Team Leader oversees warehouse personnel, ensures compliance with company policies, and supports the achievement of operational and customer service objectives.
Job Description
● Lead and allocate task such as daily receiving, put-away, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
● Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately and within the required turnaround time.
● Monitor manpower allocation and productivity to achieve operational targets.
● Monitor warehouse capacity and optimize pallet utilization.
● Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation is strictly implemented.
● Conduct shift briefings and assign daily tasks to warehouse personnel.
● Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
● Supervise and coach warehouse personnel including Reach Truck Operators, Forklift Operators, Pickers, Checkers

Qualifications
Education:
● At least 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience, preferably in a cold storage or food distribution environment.
Experience :
● Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
● Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
